We’d love to meet you.

NATALIE

In 2017, at 39 years old, the disc between L5 and S1 of my spine erupted and tangled with my nerves, requiring an emergency micro-discectomy and laminectomy. After recovery and physical therapy, I continued to work out with my best friend, who is a medical exercise specialist. The first few months were life-changing for me. I was in pain and depressed. Over time, I realized that I would have to focus on a lifestyle that included ongoing fitness and that I needed to find pain-relieving methods that were not pharmaceutical.

While looking into investing in a gym, I coincidentally learned about Osteostrong just two days after my dad had hip surgery and over two years after my emergency back surgery. At the time, my dreams of owning a gym were constantly being frustrated. Finally, with no previous business-ownership experience, I took the leap and purchased the license for Osteostrong.

I’m so grateful because I was able to learn so much more than just strengthening my skeletal system but also about different technologies that helped with pain relief. I’m proud to offer many of those different technologies at our Reno center. I use them as often as I can. I’m confident that my Osteostrong center has made me stronger and helped me with pain.

I’m not just an owner but a session coach. I’m constantly in the center to help and to answer questions. Come and see us!

MARIANNE

My name is Marianne and I’m thrilled to be a session coach at OsteoStrong! I came to OsteoStrong as a client and was so impressed with the trainers and the natural, science-based technology that I decided to join this amazing group! After a truly special seven years of caring for my dad, a Parkinson’s sufferer, I so realized the importance of taking care of ourselves each and every day… staying strong as we age.

I’ve always found a rewarding quality of life in connecting with and helping others in our community. And each day at OsteoStrong, I look forward to seeing our wonderful clients as well as meeting new faces.

I am truly grateful!

VALERIE

I joined Osteostrong two years ago to help my sister with her business, but it’s turned into so much more. Osteostrong gives me such satisfaction and joy knowing that I am helping others with their health. I lost my first husband to cancer a few years ago, and during that difficult time, I learned so much about the human body and found that I really enjoy caring for others and their health. After he passed, my sister wanted to do something to help others and give back to the community. She took the big leap and decided to open Osteostrong. There’s no better way to spend time with my sister in a new adventure than one that will help others improve their health and make their bones stronger. I have the best of both worlds!

I invite you to come check us out, see what we’re all about and meet some amazing trainers, as well as my sister and I. We would love to meet you!

ANDY

I was born and raised in Tahoe and love the outdoors and extreme sports: running, skiing, mountain biking, wakeboarding, snowboarding. In my leisure time, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, backpacking, and paddle-boarding, and dog training. I have a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from Chico State and a wealth of knowledge about fitness, healing the body, and biohacking. I am very passionate about helping people at OsteoStrong! (And very good at it, too.)

AMIA

My name is Amia, and I am one of the trainers at OsteoStrong. One of the biggest reasons why I started working here was that I’ve always loved to help people. When I first found out about OsteoStrong, I was very intrigued by the science behind our techniques and the equipment we use to help others improve their health. I’ve loved learning more since I’ve been here, and I can’t wait for you to join our team!
